1. Agreement

These Terms govern your purchase and use of ClarityBuild Pro (the "Software") and this website, provided by JSCreatorPro Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us"). By purchasing, installing, or using the Software, you agree to these Terms.

2. Licence

Subject to payment and these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software. The Beta Lifetime launch offer grants a one-time, perpetual licence for a single user, activated on your device via an offline cryptographic lease, including core updates for the life of the product.

• You may not resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the Software or your licence key.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent licensing or security measures, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

3. Your content and AI models

The Software runs locally. You own everything you create with it. You are responsible for the projects you build, the open-source AI models you choose to download, and any third-party cloud API keys you connect. You must comply with the licences and terms of any models or services you use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Software to create unlawful, infringing, or harmful material, or in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

5. Intellectual property

The Software, this website, and our trademarks remain the property of JSCreatorPro Pte. Ltd. These Terms grant a licence to use the Software, not ownership of it.

6. Payment

Prices are shown in USD and processed by Stripe. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that output generated by AI models is accurate, error-free, or suitable for any purpose; you are responsible for reviewing it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Software or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your licence. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate a licence obtained through fraud or in material breach of these Terms. On termination you must stop using the Software.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
